Customer Service Hours are 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Any emails sent Saturday and Sunday will not have responses until Monday. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response.

Returns

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at paperandtrim@gmail.com so that we can promptly handle your concern. 

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your Order Number and Order Details.

Please double check that your shipping address is correct.

When the order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that orders typically take 4-5 business days for processing before being shipped, and up to 7 business days during busier times.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to US domestic addresses as well as the non-contiguous US (HI and AK) through our website.

International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis.   Please use the contact form or email us at paperandtrim@gmail.com so that we can assist you with your order.

Shipping Rates

At Paper and Trim our goal is to offer you our very best shipping rates and delivery times possible. Given the wide range of product options available, we offer a tiered shipping rate system based on the amount you spend. We will combine multiple orders and refund excess shipping where possible and at our discretion. Shipment providers may include USPS, Fed Ex or UPS.

*There will be a shipping surcharge added for larger orders of paint when it exceeds $10 shipping. 

Please Note Special Circumstances

Please note that during weather related regional closures, your order may be delayed. We will not ship paint during freezing temperatures.

Pre-Orders:  If you choose to include any other items in your cart, the entire order will be held until the pre-ordered item is ready to ship.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Paper and Trim is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a safe delivery location and to track their package using the provided tracking information.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Paper and Trim will not issue refunds or replacements for orders that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist customers in providing any necessary documentation or information required for the carrier's investigation.

If you have any questions or concerns about lost or stolen packages, please contact customer service for assistance. 

Workshops

Because of the preparation and unique nature of our workshops, there are No refunds or exchanges on workshop class fees. If you have a concern or need to discuss this policy, please contact customer service.
